SHIPMENT

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    • Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival after dispatched,
       

  2. What are the delivery charges?

    • Exact shipping charges may be calculated at the Cart page. They are also automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the shipping location, service chosen, and product selected.

    • $60 with standard UPS shipping.

    • Please contact us before purchase if you need a quicker delivery time.
       

  3. How do I know my order is shipped?

    • We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the following USA holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving
       

  4. How will my order be shipped?

    • Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival. We do not ship with signature required.
       

  5. Do you ship internationally?

    • We offer international shipping for all orders. International orders take approximately between 10 - 15 working days to arrive once dispatched from our warehouse.
       

  6. How much does International shipping cost? International shipping be calculated.
     

  7. Will my order incur customs charges?

    • International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.  A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped.
       

  8. What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

    • Please send an email to info@nantiv.com as soon as possible for assistance and we will work with you to recover the package.
       

  9. What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

    • Please notify us as soon as possible and we will replace it or refund you as soon as we receive it back and verify from its defect. You will need to return it within 7 days from delivery date. Please email info@nantiv.com for assistance.
       

  10. Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

    1. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a non-PO Box address for the shipping address.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Nantiv is a very small team, at this time all sales are final. 
  2. All sale and or discounted items are non-refundable.
  3. If items are faulty or damaged when received, a refund or exchange will be applied.
  4. If an exchange or refund is deemed worthy please email info@nantiv.com stating the issue within 3 days of receiving your package. We will respond within 24 hours of notice. Nantiv will not provide a refund or exchange if contact is made after 7 days of received items.
  5. Refund or replacement is subject to the customer returning the original copy in its original state including the product being deemed being faulty or damaged. All tags and packaging must be returned with the item.
  6. Items must be returned via tracking delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return or exchange. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Once returned and received, Items will be inspected via a quality control checking process to ensure the item has not been worn/used.

 

 

AFTER CARE / AFTER SALE & WARRANTY

 

  1. How do I clean my Nantiv product?

    • Avoid cleaning all leather products at home; leather goods should be brought to a professional leather cleaner. Household cleaners and sprays should be avoided as they can potentially stain the leather. If using leather protectant, ensure a small test is done on a corner of the item before applying entirely. Spot cleaning is not recommended. Avoid storing all Nantiv  products  in humid areas and avoid long periods of sun exposure. It is encouraged to place leather goods in the provided dust bag when not in use to preserve their pristine condition.

  1. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to Nantiv newsletter?

    • To subscribe, simply navigate to the bottom right-hand corner of the page, enter your email address and click the ‘Join Our Newsletter’ button. Each one of our emails comes with the option to unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email.
