  2. To pre-order a product on our site, simply browse and when you see an item you like, click on it for more information and add the item to your shopping basket by selecting 'Pre-order'. You can see the items you've selected by clicking on 'Cart' icon in the top right corner. To check out, simply select 'Check Out' and follow the prompts. You'll need your payment details and your billing address to register and complete your purchase. Email info@nantiv.com for assistance.

    • We recommend that you first check to make sure all of your billing information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement.     • Once you have successfully placed an order, you will be taken to a receipt page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed. A copy of your receipt and order number will also be emailed to the email address that you provided while placing your order.
       

  6. Can I add/change items to an existing order?

    • We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • All payments made on www.nantiv.com are secure. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments via bank transfer, check, or COD are not accepted.
